In what ways do you think living in California, near the movie industry to be specific, influences your art?

Living near the movie industry in California does not really influence my artwork as of yet being a foundation student at Otis. But i do think that next year when I am in my major I will have many opportunities to make closer connections to those within the industry which will hopefully help me become a sucessful artist and possibly do creative art for the movies. I am sure that many artists living in California work for the movie industry as it takes a variety of artists to team together to create different aspects of films. Ie: set work, costumes etc.
