What is an artist?
In my opinion, an artist is someone who comfortably expresses themself through their artwork. Art is so subjective that one can't necessarily judge whether an "artist" actually creates good art. If this is the case, anyone can truthfully be an artist. Just as long as someone is "creating", they are an artist. I had a discussion with someone today about food as an art. The good thing about art is that things such as food can even be art, therefore, the creator of it is an artist.

The definition of an artist is wide-ranging and covers a broad spectrum of activities to do with creating art, practicing the arts and/or demonstrating an art. Debate, both historical and present day, suggests that defining the concept of an artist will continue to be difficult. This definition was taken off Wikipedia.com and like it said on the definition an artist is almost impossible to define because it’s a never ending debate of what is art? What are artist? So you see for me to sit here and try to fine Art is a difficult, never ending debate.
