What an artist is to me.

To me an artist is someone who creates anything that they want to. I really feel the socially accepted term for artist is much too narrow. When people think of an artist they think of a painter or a sculpter, however to me an artist can be one of many things; a writer, a dancer, model, anything that requires creativity. To me even a stripper is an artist, because she, or sometimes he, must create a dance exciting and provocative enough to grab the attention of the audience and have them put money in their g-strings.
