In what ways do you think living in Cali. near the movie industry to be specific, influence your art?

I’ve lived in California my whole life and I can’t recall ever visiting southern California, Los Angeles to be specific, until I came to school here. I always thought of Los Angeles as a popular place mostly known for Hollywood, Rodeo Drive, Beverly Hills, etc., but being in this area doesn’t affect my art. As a foundation student, we’re doing the basic things, which don’t require much creativity, form and space and color and design are the few classes that allow students to be creative in their projects. However, the Los Angeles industry does not affect the way I do my art or has no influence on my work.
